Seaside Heights, where it all started for ‘Jersey Shore’ stars Snooki, Pauly D and Situation, is for rent for $ 3,000 a night, several retail stores said recently.
According to NJ.com, the six-bedroom house that hosted the reality TV show for six seasons will be available at Booking.com at the time of the return of MTV Jersey Shore Family Vacation earlier this year.
The house is located at 1209 Ocean Terrace with a capacity of up to 11 people and includes a show of armchair and duck phone, where Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi is known for making regular phone calls.
Additional facilities include a terrace with barbecue facilities, a balcony and a kitchen with an oven and a microwave.
The local real estate company Seaside Realty NJ has been managing the 1209 Ocean Terrace list with its iconic garage doors painted with Italian flags since the last days on the Jersey Shore in 2012.
According to NJ.com, in early 2010, daily rental fees climbed to $ 3,500 per night, however off-season rates could be as high as $ 1,200.
Every night, as Jersey Digs said earlier. 1209 Ocean is 650 meters from Casino Pier on the beach and Seaside Heights. And while the owner of Karma Club and Bamboo Bar – two clubs that regularly attended the Jersey Shore occupied during the show’s life – declared bankruptcy in Chapter 11 in March, Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant, Spicy Cantina and Aztecs remain open and close to Jersey.
According to NJ Parcels, the house is owned by investor Danny Mark of Florida, who also owns the Jersey Shop, where the cast previously worked. Mark bought the property in 2003 for $ 600,000.
